- • Add litigation costs
- • Apply proportional reduction
4. Dispute if Necessary
- • Challenge unrelated charges
- • Request waiver if hardship
- • Document all disputes
5. Resolve & Pay
- • Get final agreement in writing
- • Pay within 60 days
- • Keep proof of payment
